Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 45,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and friendly Property team.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include sales, purchases, and re:mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
* You will be joining a supportive, collaborative firm where quality of service and client care are at the forefront of everything they do.
* You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a client:focused approach.
* The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of service is essential.
Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
