A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their Commercial team based in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housebuilding, strong sub-contractor procurement knowledge, and COINS system experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement of materials and sub-contractor services
* Ensure timely, cost-effective supply to multiple live sites
* Build strong supplier and sub-contractor relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to support build programmes
* Use COINS for ordering, reporting, and budget tracking
What We re Looking For:
* Buyer experience within a housebuilder or residential construction setting
* Proven track record in sub-contractor procurement
* Proficiency in COINS
* Strong negotiation and organisational skills
* A proactive and commercially focused mindset
