The Role:
We seek individuals with excellent communication and writing skills, capable of producing high-quality research or news content. Expertise in fund structures such as ETFs, Investment Trusts, OEICs, VCTs, or LTAFs is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Crafting compelling investment research and news content.
2. Understanding fund manager operations and strategies.
3. Using industry connections to gain insights.
4. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
5. Leading QuotedData’s news coverage and editorial direction.
6. Enhancing outreach via social media and corporate communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven financial writing experience with a portfolio of published work.
* Strong knowledge of investment industry and fund structures.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Proactive and investigative approach to uncover trends.
* Industry relationships and networking skills.
* Experience with social media and corporate communications is advantageous.
* CFA charter holder or pursuing it, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
* 5+ years in financial services, as a journalist, editor, or analyst, preferably in asset management or investment banking.
