This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a foot in the door with a long-term view, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
What you'll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the business
Welcome visitors and contractors to the office
Set up the boardroom for meetings as needed
Keep office supplies stocked across both office locations (milk, tea, coffee etc.)
Manage contractor key collections and assist leaseholders with key requests
Process both digital and physical outgoing post
Handle mail merges and other general office admin
Support the wider team with ad-hoc duties
What we're looking for:
A presentable, approachable individual with a strong telephone manner
Someone who's hands-on, organised and happy to help wherever needed
A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
