Job Overview
Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to expand our European sales team. This role involves managing key accounts across the UK and Europe in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water Purification, and Wastewater.
Responsibilities
* Develop and grow existing accounts, ensuring maximum penetration for new products and services.
* Identify and develop new client accounts through personal sales efforts, technical expertise, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with regional sales teams and distribution networks.
* Travel throughout Europe (25-50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and training.
* Manage and develop relationships with channel partners, agents, and distributors.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience.
* Experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, etc.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science discipline; business qualifications and industry experience preferred.
* Strong people management and coaching skills.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and data-driven.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
