Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum, tailored to secondary students' needs.
2. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment encouraging participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
3. Monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies for effective learning.
4. Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration.
5. Participate in extracurricular activities and school initiatives, including trips, assemblies, and parent meetings.
6. Stay informed about educational developments and pursue relevant professional development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with specializations in secondary education (recent graduates or about to graduate are welcome).
2. Passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Organizational and time management skills, including lesson planning and classroom management.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.

Pay Rate:
£120-£140 per day
