The Role:
* Manage an inside sales team in a fast-paced, incentive and KPI-driven environment.
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM.
* Handle and monitor daily activities in a high-performance setting.
* Coach, mentor, and recognize team achievements.
* Develop closing techniques, objection handling, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
* You must have experience managing an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment, leading a high-energy team to success.
* Proficient in data & CRM reports, able to analyze statistics and implement changes.
* Lead by example, motivate a team, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills.
* Be a natural leader of people.
* Passion for sales and sales management.
