Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop the financial accounting team
* Own the month-end and year-end financial reporting process
* Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and internal controls
* Act as the technical accounting expert across the business
* Support audit processes and manage external auditor relationships
* Drive improvements across financial controls, reporting and processes
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide accurate financial insight
