What You’ll Do
• Build and lead the PS Sales function, defining scalable processes and best-practice documentation
• Create and manage the PS Service Catalogue, including pricing models and packaged offerings
• Lead scoping, pricing, and contracting for PS engagements; own SOW templates and risk frameworks
• Forecast monthly bookings and manage the PS sales pipeline with clear performance reporting
• Present PS offerings to customers and support field sales in presales and bid activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in Professional Services sales, ideally within SaaS
• Skilled in creating SOWs and service catalogues
• Experience with Source-to-Pay solutions (highly desirable)
• Track record in developing sales processes, documentation, and pipeline management
• Ability to close large, complex PS deals and grow existing accounts
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Expertise in deal structuring, forecasting, and risk management
• Tech-savvy problem solver with a business-first mindset
• Collaborative team player
