Stirling’s Residential Childcare Services provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for our children and young people to live in. We focus on building strong relationships while working through a trauma-informed lens, supporting our young people to feel safe, loved, listened to, and respected.
As corporate parents, we are also committed to the principles of The Promise Scotland.
We are currently looking for Relief Residential Child Care Workers within our Children’s Residential Services to supplement our existing teams.

You will be resilient, able to manage crisis situations, and help to maintain a nurturing environment where children and young people can grow. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies in the best interests of our young people.
