Job Summary
Trust Locum Consultant Psychiatrist – Leeds & York partnership are seeking Trust Locum Psychiatrists to join various teams across the Trust. These posts offer an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic organisation. Working as a locum doctor in the Trust offers flexibility in that it is an opportunity to familiarise yourself with LYPFT and provides Consultant experience whilst considering substantive options. All out Trust locum positions will be advertised substantively too. These posts do not require you to attend an AAC, but there will be a formal interview process. The terms and conditions are the same as for a substantively recruited Consultant and there is flexibility in length of appointment of between 6 to 23 months. A variety of posts are available across many specialities. The posts attract a competitive starting salary for newly qualified consultants commencing on point 5 of the consultant pay scale, annual leave.

Qualifications
* MBChB; MRCPsych, CCT in relevant specialist area (or within 6 months of obtaining)
* AC and S12 approved (or within 3 months of obtaining)
Experience
* Evidence of being able to work well in MDT setting; leadership skills required
* Experience in relevant specialist area essential
