Senior Business Analyst - Environment and Business (E&B) - 30749
We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Analyst to join the Environment Agency, dedicated to protecting and enhancing the environment and tackling the climate emergency. Your role will involve understanding and analyzing user and business needs, ensuring alignment with service vision and business strategy, and contributing to current and future business models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead in identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve the Business Analysis Service.
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to support design, build, and delivery of solutions.
* Support and mentor colleagues, acting as a technical lead when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Leadership skills to guide colleagues and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven stakeholder engagement experience, especially with senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business problems.
* Experience managing analytical support products and projects.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Relevant certifications in business analysis.
* Experience working in Agile environments or within the Government Digital Service.
* Experience leading refinement sessions and supporting continuous professional development.
