Pay & Hours
£16.35 per hour weekdays, £16.96 per hour Saturdays, £16.85 per hour Sundays. Waking nights £16.35/17.60 per hour. Hours: Days 09:30 – 17:30, Nights 21:00 – 09:00.
About the Role
Support a lady in her 20s with brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning difficulties, quadriplegia. Provide physical and emotional support to enable a full life.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personalised routines, including use of hoists.
* Support daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
* Provide emotional support and companionship.
* Maintain accurate care records and report changes.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications & Experience
* Female support worker with passion for care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, empathetic nature.
* Reliable, committed, flexible approach.
* Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
