The Opportunity:
As an Air Freight Imports Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of daily import operations, managing the full cycle of air freight shipments. £33,000 - £37,000 salary, depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating end-to-end air import shipments, from arrival through to final delivery
Preparing and submitting customs clearance documentation, ensuring HMRC compliance
Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, and internal teams to coordinate timely delivery
Providing consistent and professional client updates
Managing any shipment delays or exceptions with a proactive, solution-focused approach
Maintaining accurate data and documentation in internal systems
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Solid experience in air freight imports (essential)
Confident understanding of UK customs procedures and documentation
Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive shipments
Clear and confident communicator, both with clients and overseas partners
Familiar with freight systems such as ASM or CargoWise (advantageous)
