Job Overview
Mobile Care Assistant – Full and part‑time, rota‑based positions available across Yeadon & surrounding areas. A valid full UK driving licence and a car, as well as the ability to travel between sites, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners by providing personal care, daily activity assistance, personal hygiene, medication reminders and domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments to enhance well‑being and social connections.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a care environment or Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (not essential, full training will be provided).
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time‑management.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, weekends and alternate weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
* Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour; up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.
* £300 bonus upon successful completion of probation.
* Travel expenses covered – use your personal car with mileage paid at 43p per mile.
