Job Title: Maths Lecturer
Hours: 30 hours per week working Monday to Thursday
Level: Functional Skills Math and GCSE Maths curriculum
Location: Folkestone
Pay rate: £24-£39 per hour depending on experience
Skills/knowledge required:
* Previous experience required across both curriculum's (Functional skills & GCSE) and preferably in a secondary school/college environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
As a Lecturer you will teach, train and assess students in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Your role will also include providing support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential and to lead as appropriate on designated study programmes and/or courses, with a key responsibility for ensuring the design, delivery and evaluation of programme.
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and ideally you will be on the update service, however we will cover the cost of a new DBS if this is not the case.
