About Us

We’re an early-stage robotics startup building humanoid robots that learn new skills from humans through AI, motion-capture, and cloud training - pioneering the future of automation.

As a lean, hands-on team, we move fast, learn quickly, and value creativity and ownership. If you’re excited about building the future of work and bringing humanoid robots out of the lab and into the real world, we’d love to work with you.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Advisor to help define and scale the technical foundation behind that vision — bridging human motion data, multimodal AI models, and real-world robotics and automation systems.

This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping the company’s technology roadmap, architecture, and R&D direction. You’ll guide the integration of sensing, motion, and AI systems while ensuring real-world scalability, reliability, and safety. Following a successful seed raise, this position may evolve into a full-time CTO leadership role.

Responsibilities

* Define and evolve the technical architecture and R&D roadmap across AI, motion, and control systems.
* Lead the integration of sensing and haptic hardware with intelligent control and automation software.
* Advise on data pipelines — from real human motion capture to multimodal model training and deployment.
* Guide system design for performance, safety, and interoperability with robotics and industrial platforms.
* Bridge AI research with mechanical and automation engineering, turning prototypes into production-ready systems.
* Represent the technical vision in fundraising, partnerships, and public communications.
* Mentor internal teams and external collaborators on engineering standards and long-term design principles.

Preferences for the role

* Have built or led development of AI-driven robotics, embodied AI, or automation systems.
* Bring experience from machinery, manufacturing, or robotics industries and understand AI-driven transformation.
* Have deep expertise in control systems, sensor fusion, motion planning, or embedded intelligence.
* Understand hardware–software co-design and the fusion of physical and digital intelligence.
* Are excited to collaborate fractionally or advisorially, with a clear path to full-time leadership post-funding.
* Open to Web3 funding models and elements.

What We Offer

* Market level equity and token incentives tied to technical milestones.
* Pathway to a full-time CTO position after the seed round.
* Collaboration with experts across AI, robotics, motion science, and industrial automation.
* Flexible engagement structure and global visibility through partnerships and innovation networks.
