About The Role
We are seeking a Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with trades such as Plumbers, Multi Trades, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs to trade operatives while ensuring a safe, high-performing, customer-focused service.
Role Criteria
* Previous experience in an administrative role or Planning
* Excellent communication skills
* IT Literate
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ideally social housing experience
All roles require the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not offer visa sponsorship. To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
All roles are subject to DBS/Security checks before employment commencement.
