Location: Bristol
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Responsibilities
* Lead the development of cutting-edge technology, products and systems, turning science fiction into reality to protect the country.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team working on developing future systems and products, utilising market-leading technologies.
* Deliver work packages and provide effective team leadership.
R&D Manager – experience required
* Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering or Maths
* Experience of technical management
* Passion for Science & Technology
* Knowledge of/experience within systems engineering – desirable
* Data analysis and modelling skills

* Low Observability / stealth design
* Antenna design
* Optical design
