Miryco Consultants is working with a leading UK asset manager to add an experienced Regulatory Change Business Analyst to lead and deliver firm-wide regulatory initiatives. This is a pivotal role within Business Transformation, offering broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of major regulatory change programmes
* Interpret new and emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, PRA, ESG/ sustainability regulation, global frameworks)
* Manage cross-functional project teams and external partners where required
* Drive continuous improvement in regulatory change processes, methodologies, and controls
* Support regulatory horizon scanning and implementation planning
Experience:
* Extensive experience delivering regulatory change within asset management
* Deep understanding of the UK regulatory environment
* Proven ability to interpret complex regulation and translate it into effective business and operational change
* Strong programme/project management capability, with a track record of leading multi-workstream initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels including senior executives
* Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
