Catch 22 are supporting leading UK FM companies in hiring Electricians to work across commercial sites in the Midlands.These are permanent roles, paying a salary of up to £40,000 with rare on on call.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance
* Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, 2391, 2360 preferred)
* FM/building services maintenance background
* Ability to carry out installations
* Full driving licence
* Strong communication and proactive attitude
* Willingness to support small install projects and wider building services tasks
* Team-focused with commitment to ongoing development
