Base pay range
£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) (Maidenhead)
Role overview
* Location: Maidenhead
* Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
* Shifts available: Day/Nights shifts
* Contract type: Zero hours contract – offering access to a range of complex care packages
What you’ll do
Provide person-centred care within community-based complex care packages. Support may include navigating care plans under supervision and collaborating with the care team to meet individual needs.
What you’ll bring
* Hands-on experience in complex care including Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, Ventilation and Seizure management
* A strong passion for person-centred care and community-based working
* Experience working with children with complex health needs
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine commitment to making a difference
Requirements and qualifications
Evidence of caring, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. All roles are subject to robust compliance checks in line with CQC and Schedule 3 requirements.

Referral bonus
* £150 for each Healthcare Assistant (HCA) you refer
* £250 for each Registered Nurse (RN) you refer
