The position would be in Mexico City (CDMX) after an extensive training in the UK.

Your mission:
Contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service while promoting the brand image.
What will your objectives be?
Customer Focus
1. To personally demonstrate that the customer is key and that an impeccable customer service is our main priority.
2. To greet and acknowledges a customer immediately on entry to the store, in a polite and courteous manner and to maintain contact whilst they are in the store.
3. To engage with the customer in order to fully understand their needs and then provide the appropriate help and support to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
4. To develop excellent knowledge of up to date product and unique selling points to promote product benefits to our customers.
5. To provide advice and guidance to customers on our product and services to ensure we fill their expectations.
6. To lead by example so you are the benchmark of excellence to your colleagues.
7. To neatly fold and pack customer purchases and never forget to thank them.
8. To ensure the customer leaves the store with the idea of coming back.
9. To immediately escalate customer’s request or problems to ensure they are resolved in line with company standards.

Store and Stock Standards
21. To constantly replenish product on the shop floor to ensure VM standards are met.
22. Ensure that all areas of the store, back offices and toilets are always clean and tidy
23. To reduce stock loss in store by being aware of stock loss and prevention techniques
24. To maintain high standards of personal dress and appearance, presenting a professional, smart and tidy appearance.
25. To complete any other tasks that may be requested as and when required, depending on the changing needs of the business.
26. To comply with legal obligations and co-operate with the company on all aspects of health and safety and welfare at work.
27. To treat stock with respect and to handle it well.
28. To be aware of the risk of internal and external theft to minimise it.
29. To be good ambassadors for the brand.
30. To develop and maintain good relationship with management and colleagues
31. Knowledge of company stock loss expectations

Requirements
Required experience:
35. Passion for fashion industry
36. Proven experience in clothing retail preferably in the premium or luxury sector
