We're hiring into a fast‑growing team focused on expanding access to a leading academic content platform used by universities and higher education institutions worldwide.
What you'll be doing
* Selling institutional subscriptions into universities and higher education providers
* Building relationships with librarians, heads of faculty, and procurement teams
* Running outreach campaigns and setting up subscription trials
* Converting trials into long‑term academic partnerships
* Growing usage across departments and courses
* Managing and developing existing university relationships
Who this role suits
We're looking for someone with:
* 3+ years' sales experience
* Experience selling into education, publishing, or institutional clients
* Confidence working with senior academic stakeholders
* A degree (strong academic background required)
* Familiarity with university structures or education platforms
* An interest in ideas‑led content (philosophy, science, politics, humanities)
* Experience from organisations like educational publishers, academic platforms, or subscription‑based learning providers would be especially relevant
Package & benefits
* £40,000-£45,000 base (rising to £50,000)
* Uncapped commission (typical year 1: £5k-£10k)

Interview process
The interview process consists of three stages:
1. Head of team interview
2. Head of team + Finance Director interview
3. Final in‑person stage with CEO and leadership team
