Ardmore Construction Group is looking for a Fit Out Manager for one of our ongoing sites in Camden, a short walk from Kings Cross station.
We are paying between £25-£30 per hour, dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple residential or student accommodation units from 1st fix to white box, snagging and handover.
* Ensuring safety compliance, including SSSTS/SMSTS and ideally a Black CSCS Card.
* Coordinating site work hours (07:30–17:30) and ensuring all 10 hours worked are paid.
Qualifications and requirements:
* Experience with fit‑out projects in residential or student accommodation.
* Valid SSSTS/SMSTS and preferably a Black CSCS Card.
* Right to work in the UK – passport or birth certificate for British citizens or share certificate for certain categories.
* UTR number registered under CIS, with no umbrella or payroll fees.
Full PPE required: high‑visibility vest, hard hat, safety boots, and gloves.
Site hours are from 07:30 to 17:30. Ten hours worked will be paid for ten hours. Payment is via CIS.
You will be working directly for Ardmore Construction Group; we are the main contractor, not an agency.
