Position: Relief Chef Manager
As Relief Chef Manager, you will have full operational and financial responsibility for the school's catering facilities within your area. Your focus will be on delivering the highest quality food and service, demonstrating creative flair, originality, and the ability to make a significant impact in the school catering industry.

Main Responsibilities
* Managing the team to ensure a consistently excellent dining experience for students and staff in line with company standards
* Leading the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh, sustainable ingredients; overseeing menu development
* Providing outstanding support and guidance to team members
* Leading, developing, coaching, and training staff positively and motivating them
* Controlling all aspects of the catering operation, including stock, food, and labor costs
* Managing and improving controllable costs
* Driving sales through monthly promotions and added-value events
* Building positive relationships with clients and customers
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
* Conducting regular audits to maintain standards
Ideal Candidate
We seek someone passionate about maintaining high standards of food and service, with the following qualities:
* A natural positive leader demonstrating excellent teamwork
* Previous experience managing a team
* Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
* OND or HND qualification (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in a kitchen environment
* Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales target achievement
