Support Staff – Chesterfield Location: Chesterfield Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Hours Available) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Support Staff to join our team in Chesterfield. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required. Support individuals in accessing community activities, appointments, and social opportunities. Encourage independence and promote wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times. Reliability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous support work or care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Right to work in the UK.
