Prior Motorcycle Mechanic/ Technician experience as well as a Motorcycle License are required for this position.
MMI Graduate and Manufacturer Certifications
3+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience
Master Certs or A/B level certifications
Own a set of comprehensive tools
Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, organized and punctual
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers
Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period
Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible
Request parts for the job
Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, etc...
Notify Service Writer / Manager of additional work needed
Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork
Maintain shop cleanliness
Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs
Keep customers’ vehicles cleaner than when it was dropped off
PAID TRAINING- All expenses paid for ongoing manufacturer training for those who want to keep their certifications up
