🧠The Role
As General Manager, you’ll lead the full hospitality operation, from guest experience and day-to-day running, to team leadership and strategic growth. You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly, beautifully, and with purpose.
You’ll:
* Lead and inspire a passionate hospitality and events team
* Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to farewell
* Oversee daily operations with a focus on excellence and efficiency
* Manage budgets, staffing, and supplier relationships
* Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and safety
* Work closely with the owners/directors to develop new offerings and grow the brand
