Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

As a Recruitment Consultant at Gold Group, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, taking ownership of your own desk and building long-term client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Full 360 recruitment delivery from business development through to placement
2. Developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
3. Managing and growing key client partnerships within specialist engineering markets
