We are proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing more than thirty thousand homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties. About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Change Analyst to join our established Business Change team, supporting a fast‑paced integration programme that is reshaping how our organisation operates. This is a varied and hands‑on role, ideal for someone who brings a blend of business analysis and change management skills. You’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities to improve and simplify processes, while ensuring that change is practical, well‑designed and successfully adopted. Working closely with stakeholders across all directorates, you’ll help teams challenge existing ways of working to create more efficient and customer‑focused solutions. You’ll be equally comfortable analysing processes as you are facilitating conversations that turn insight into action and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence. Alongside process improvement, you’ll support the delivery of change across projects and programmes, supporting business case development, leading engaging workshops, producing clear and meaningful documentation, and ensuring colleagues are supported through transition. As part of a collaborative and experienced Business Change team, you’ll have the opportunity to build on your existing skills while developing new ones, learning from others and contributing to how we continuously improve our approach to change. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving, and wants to make a tangible difference to how an organisation operates.
