The delivery consists of structured Family Learning sessions to schools and other community venues. The areas we are looking for cover is Lincoln, Gainsborough and Horncastle. Many of our courses run over a six week period, usually 1 or days a week. each session is approx 2 hours and we pay additional prep and planning that adds on the additional hours. Tutors are responsible for adult learners age 19+ with the school being responsible for the child element of the session. Working days tend to be between Tuesday – Friday depending on the needs of the school. We are always looking for tutors who have experience and flexibility. We are currently planning for the new academic year beginning in Sept. Tutors need to undergo mandatory training and induction, and therefore we are looking to start to interview any interested candidates from July onwards.
