As our Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll take ownership of designing special purpose equipment and conveyor systems from concept to production. You’ll guide a talented team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and bring complex mechanical systems to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the design of bespoke machinery and mechanical systems
* Producing detailed drawings to ISO standards
* Managing BOMs and specifying components (SAP experience ideal)
* Ensuring HSE compliance and supporting production/testing
* Mentoring fellow engineers and fostering collaboration
What You’ll Bring:
1. Proven experience in mechanical design (special purpose machinery)
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical & MS Office
