The Practice
We are a wellestablished, training practice with a strong multidisciplinary model and a clear ethos of minimising unnecessary GP workload.
1. Practice list size: approx. 13,000 patients
2. GP workforce: 6 GP Partners 3 Salaried GPs 1 Longterm Locum
3. Clinical team: 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners 3 Band 6 Practice Nurses CTAC Band 5 nurses Band 3 Health Care Assistants
4. Large Pharmacotherapy Team, including a Clinical Pharmacist, actively reducing GP workload
5. Wider MDT, including: First Contact Physiotherapy Mental Health & Wellbeing Dementia & Frailty Nursing Occupational Therapy
6. Colocated NHS services, enabling excellent collaboration: Podiatry Dietetics Physiotherapy Speech & Language Therapy Community Nursing Child Protection & Social Care
