Our client is seeking an L&D Partner to join their team in Derbyshire.
Working as the L&D partner, youll work with the existing HR function to support the leadership team in managing development programs, implementing internal training schemes and driving the businesses apprenticeship scheme. This is a hands on role which will require an L&D partner who can quickly establish relationships with internal teams and deliver high quality, hands on learning experiences across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
* Managing relationships with external learning providers, ensuring quality and value
* Supporting with the design, delivery and coordination of leadership and management programmes.
* Develop and support talent programs ensuring all learners experience a smooth and consistent learning experience.
* Collaborate with the HR team to drive and promote a strong culture of learning and development within all areas of the business.
* Managing the associated administration with staff training, learning and development.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:-
1. Previous experience working within a Learning and Development role. Manufacturing/warehousing experience would be desirable.
