We're looking for someone who sees opportunity before others do and makes things happen without being asked. You're calm when it's chaotic, clear when it's complex, and relentless when it comes to getting deals across the line.
You understand the creator economy and you're obsessed with how brands can use micro-influencer marketing to build trust at scale. You don't just chase revenue - you build partnerships that change how brands think about influencer marketing.
You want to build something from scratch. This isn't about inheriting a pipeline - it's about creating one. You'll be targeting enterprise clients, corporates, and high-growth SMEs who are ready to do influencer marketing differently.
What You'll Build
Enterprise Pipeline Development
* Identify and pursue enterprise brands (£1m+ annual media spend) who are focused on building long term brand trust and relevance over short term sales
* Build targeted outreach to corporates
* Target high-growth SMEs and scale-ups (Series A+) who need cost-effective routes to market with measurable ROI
* Develop sector-specific plays targeting FMCG, beauty, food & beverage, lifestyle, tech and wellness brands
* All leads must undergo rigorous pre-qualification to ensure they have substantial capital backing.
* We are targeting upper-tier accounts capable of sustaining significant project scopes, moving away from smaller transactional work to focus on high-value partnerships.
Outbound sales engine
* Build and own a repeatable outbound system from scratch - email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, multi-touch cadences
* Coordinate with the team to create compelling pitch decks, case studies, and campaign examples that sell the GIFTA model
* Book and conduct discovery meetings with brand marketing directors, CMOs, and growth leaders, we have got a set of ICPs we can share and we want to make sure that we are dealing with senior decision makers and that includes procurement
* Confidently run in-person meetings where possible - coffee, lunch, or at their offices
* Qualify leads hard and fast - only pursue brands that fit GIFTA's ideal client profile
* Engage with senior leaders at agencies for briefs
Pipeline Management
* Build pipeline in CRM (HubSpot) with clear stages, activities, and forecasting - This may mean cleaning and organising what is already there/.Track every conversation, meeting, and touchpoint to optimise conversion at each stage
* Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
* Own your numbers and hit your targets
* Looking at new sectors and tactical leads on a weekly basis
* You will be doing broadcast targeting at scale and it will be your job to make sure that you are engaging with the ‘opens’ tracking our website for interest and connecting all the dots of the sales funnel
* We have a clear set of gold targets at both agencies and clients that we want you to get close to and get meetings with to flush out briefs and pitches
Marketing led new business
* Work with the marketing team to shape campaigns, content, and events that attract the right brands
* You will be the only person following up the leads from these events and the non attendees, you will need to act fast and be clear where the most profitable clients are
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with the Account Management and strategy team to strategise, forecast, create new new client solutions.
* Work closely with the GIFTA marketing team to deliver high-performing B2B events.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to drive targeted influencer recruitment via paid channels and grow the GIFTA platform
Team Development (Future)
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as we grow
Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years in B2B sales roles, selling to Enterprise brands, SME's / Media Agencies
* Confident in managing CRM pipeline and sales targets
* Have experience in managing a team
* Energetic and great presentation skills
* Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Are proactive to a fault, you don’t wait to be told what to do
* Self-sufficient, creative, and strategic, but not afraid to be scrappy
* Calm under pressure, clear in chaos, and obsessed with getting sh*t done
