Salary: £23,000-£25,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:15
Responsibilities
* Process customer sales orders via phone and email
* Handle incoming calls and deliver excellent service
* Provide sales support and resolve customer queries
* Input and manage data in IT systems
* Maintain accurate customer records and databases
* Verify order details for accuracy
* Develop expertise in company products and services
Ideal Candidate
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
* Experience with Sage Line 50 (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
