Position Role : Develop the Counter-Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (C-CBRN) capability within the Land Environment (LE) and within Defence, contributing as Lead User (Army). Responsibilities : 1. Army desk-lead for the development of LE C-CBRN capability including annual MCP Capability Audit facilitation. 2. UK Head of Delegation to the NATO Jt CBRN Defence Capability Development Group (CDG). 3. Support the development of Defence C-CBRN capabilities in direct support of CSOC and through Navy Comd, Air Comd, DE&S, Dstl, OGDs and industry stakeholder engagement. 4. Support the development of C-CBRN policy, strategy, concepts and doctrine for UK Defence and with allies (principally through NATO and ABCANZ). 5. Conduct and coordinate intl engagement (IE) as directed iaw Army and Defence IE priorities. 6. Line manager for Defence C-CBRN Capability Staff SO2s and SO3s. 7. Support the delivery of CMC ACA&I and Safety functions. 8. Other tasks as directed by HQ CMC.
