The Project Manager role involves high-level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks, managing multiple projects of varying complexities. The role requires collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and legal teams to ensure successful completion of e-discovery matters. Mentoring, training, and delegation are also key responsibilities to meet client expectations and enhance their experience with Consilio.

You will make an impact by:
* Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as the primary client contact.
* Offering expertise and advice on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
* Managing projects for our global clients.
* Creating and maintaining project schedules, defining activities, sequences, dependencies, work effort, durations, and resource requirements.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams.
* Defining, communicating, implementing, and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
* Planning and managing internal and external project communications to ensure effective information exchange.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications, skills, and experience must include:
* BA/BS degree or at least 3 years in the litigation support or legal industry.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
* Working knowledge of KCura's Relativity review platform.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budget and schedule constraints.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills supporting project success.
