CPL Healthcare UK are seeking a new consultant colleague to join the Urological & Melanoma team to look after Urological Cancer
The Urology MDT includes a committed team of specialist surgeons; laparoscopic and robotic surgery programmes are offered.
There are dedicated urology speciality radiologists with interventional radiology commitment, Medical & Clinical Oncology
Consultants, Advanced Radiographers, including a Consultant Radiographer in training. Oncology clinics are supported by clinical
nurse specialists and nurse/pharmacy prescribers. Prostate brachytherapy is well established. All are committed to best patient
care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will join the Oncology Team as a Medical Oncology Consultant and will be expected to participate in all facets of
departmental activity.
A full-time substantive Consultant Oncologist post of 10 PA is available, covering the job plan as detailed below. A part-time
appointment would be considered with appropriate reduction in clinical responsibilities
Essential requirement
• Fully registered with GMC with a licence to practice
• Entry on the GMC Medical Oncology Specialist Register, CCT (or within 6 months at interview), or CESR or
European Community Right
