We have an exciting opportunity to join Coltash Road. This service has a good reputation as a creative and dynamic supported living service that provides support to 5 people with mild learning disabilities. The Service Manager is supported by a Senior Support Worker and a staff team of 12 people.
We are looking to appoint a Service Manager who is passionate about using their leadership skills to enhance the quality of life of our clients and maintain an excellent standard of practice. The manager needs experience in supporting staff to work professionally, promoting the principles of person-centred active support and positive behaviour support.
To be a successful manager in this service you will need 2 years of experience as a manager, deputy manager or senior support worker in a Health and Social Care setting.
