From media relations to social and influencer activations, from large-scale festivals to premium wine tastings and intimate media dinners, no two days are the same.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic account executive with a genuine passion for food and drink. Experience or particular interest in wine and spirits is a strong bonus, but not essential. You may already have some experience in communications, PR, marketing or social media, or you may have strong internships under your belt. What matters most is your curiosity, your drive to learn and your enthusiasm for the sector.
You’ll be a collaborative team player with excellent organisation and communication skills, eager to build relationships with journalists, influencers and clients. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to roll up your sleeves on everything from drafting social media calendars to supporting events and writing press releases.
Key responsibilities
· Create and manage social media calendars across multiple client accounts
· Write engaging captions and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
· Help execute both organic and paid social media campaigns, tracking performance and applying insights
· Liaise with influencers on partnerships, content approvals and reporting
· Draft press releases, media alerts and client reports
· Build and maintain media and influencer contact lists, and help nurture strong relationships with both consumer and trade food & drink media
· Monitor coverage and social activity, compile evaluation reports and keep client files up to date
· Provide event support, from media dinners and wine tastings to large-scale festivals and tastings
· Contribute creative ideas to team brainstorms and campaign planning
What we’re looking for
· Some experience in PR, communications, social media or marketing (internships welcome)
· A demonstrable interest in the food & drink sector, with wine and spirits knowledge a bonus
· Excellent writing skills, with a flair for creating engaging social copy
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
· Confident in using social media platforms, with an understanding of paid and organic campaigns
· Creative eye for content and attention to detail
· WSET qualification or a strong interest in wine and spirits education is a plus
· English as a first language; additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are a plus
