Role
Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Leamington Spa
Umbrella Rate: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum
Responsibilities
* Handle a caseload of general residential property law.
* Provide excellent client services for the residential property team.
* Support business development for the team.
Key Requirements
* A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing law.
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
* Ability to manage a full caseload of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
