We’re expanding and looking for a Talent Partner to join our HR team based in London. The role will be based in our London office in Soho and will support the Head of HR in delivering all aspects of our European talent acquisition strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent who will contribute to the company’s growth.

What is a day in the life of a Talent Partner?

Work closely with our Head of HR and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and determine job qualifications

Ensure job postings are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates

Work with team to source qualified candidates

Bolster candidate sources by scouting at universities, community events, employment agencies, and via internet sites and other media

Participate in hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates

Ensure company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)

Help coordinate and schedule interviews in a timely manner

Help manage interview processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Extend job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes by providing them with an offer letter and discussing benefits

Maintain data on applicants in ATS throughout the recruitment process

What will I need to thrive in this role?

1+ year’s experience in corporate recruiting

General knowledge of business and ability to identify the right candidate for a position

Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems

Familiarity with various interview techniques

General understanding of best recruiting strategies

Exceptional communication skills

Persuasive and able to negotiate

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Is willing and able to travel for work on occasion

Strong organizational skills

Capable of establishing and nurturing longstanding relationships with industry professionals

What is the team like?

You will work with the European HR Team, reporting into the Head of HR - Europe. You will work closely with the global recruitment team to align processes and share best practice. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.

An initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team

A video interview with a hiring manager

A video interview with a presentation

A top grading interview with HR

A final meet and greet interview with the European General Manager
