We are seeking an Industrial Placement Candidate (IPC) with a proactive attitude to join our Aftermarket Team. The role involves supporting our global business in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Aftermarket Management Team to manage the aftermarket portfolio, develop products and solutions, support marketing efforts, and oversee update and upgrade projects. A key responsibility is tracking performance to ensure strategic goals are met.
Additionally, the IPC will participate in strategic initiatives aimed at driving change and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities
* Coordinate development of technical solutions to obsolescence on customer training devices, develop marketing materials, and promote these solutions.
* Monitor aftermarket business performance through KPIs.
* Assist the Head of Aftermarket in resource planning by assessing demand versus capacity.
* Maintain professional communication and respectful collaboration with colleagues and teams.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead on obsolescence solutions, assess customer value, and raise engineering tasks in JIRA.
* Coordinate with Marketing to develop and share marketing materials.
* Analyze data to generate business performance metrics and reports for management.
* Ensure data integrity in the Configuration Management Database with Engineering.
* Create Sales Orders for service support requests in SAP.
Candidate Requirements
* Currently studying for a degree in Business Management or related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks tactfully.
* Flexible and responsive to the needs of the role.
