Your new roleAs a Financial Accountant, you will support the finance function, working closely with senior accountants and stakeholders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant to build specialist experience in a unique and highly regarded area of finance.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting monthly drawings, payments, reconciliations and benefit postings
2. Preparing statements, schedules and financial reports
3. Assisting with the management of capital, capital loans and annual contribution processes
4. Supporting onboarding and exit processes, including preparation of earnings letters and financial schedules
5. Preparing and posting journals in line with internal policies
6. Assisting with year‑end, audit requests and production of partner financial statements
7. Providing accurate responses to finance queries
8. Supporting process improvements and contributing to finance projects within the team

9. Newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
10. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
11. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to work
12. Strongmunication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with senior stakeholders
13. Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
14. A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership within a supportive team
Experience in professional services or partnership accounting is desirable but not essential.What you'll get in return
