Joinery Site Supervisor
My client are a prestigious high end fit out contractor and they are after Site Managers / Supervisors on a permanent basis.
Site Manager must have strong Fit Out experience and from a joinery background
They try and work on a 50/50 split with UK work and NI work ie one job away then next at home.
So you must be willing to travel when needed.
The role
* Reporting directly to the Project Manager
* Oversee all projects from start to finish
* Project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed
* Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
* Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular progress meetings with all the sub-teams
* Ensure project documents are complete
* Co-ordinate all parties involved in the project
* To maintain a high standard of health and safety on site and within the companies health and safety policy
* To control all site activities and deal with any site problems or queries
* To manage project within budget and on time
* To maintain a high standard of finish on the project
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are all mandatory for any applicants.
Attractive package is on offer with a hourly rate instead of a salary. This works out some much better as there will be long hours involved
