I am currently looking for 3 x 360 Recruitment Consultants to join my successful and well established (20 years plus) client in Orpington, would this be of interest ?

* 360 Recruitment Consultant

* Previous experience of cold calling business development is desirable but my client are happy to consider 180 consultants looking to take a step up

* Ongoing training and support

* WARM desks

* Dual desks

* No candidate ownership culture

* Any background considered as long as its been covering a fast paced, temp desk.

* 7:00am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:30pm – reduced hours in school holidays

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off PLUS office closed between Christmas day and new year!

Base circa £35k plus comms 10-15%
