Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer with over 120 locations and growing, has immediate opportunities for experienced Wireless Retail Store Managers. As an AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager for Cellular World, your role is to lead, coach, and inspire a team of AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Consultants. Your goals will be to ensure the store delivers an excellent customer experience using the Cellular World’s 5 Key Behaviors, exceed sales metrics, manage, and protect company assets, and increase profitability all while developing your team to be best in class.

As an AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager for Cellular World, you will be:
* Driving sales and customer satisfaction using the 5 Key Behaviors
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Achieve personal sales goals, as well as assist employees with closing sales and customer service
* Observing the customer experience to determine the focus of the 6 steps sales process
* Ensuring proper opening and closing of the retail location with completion of all open/close procedures
* Training – ensure 100% completion of all required training monthly and annually per AT&T compliance standards
* Managing Inventory – Manage ordering, receiving, discrepancies, and complete daily, weekly, and month-end counts as needed
* Providing resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service
* Developing and managing positive business relationships with staff and customers
* Providing continuous coaching to sales associates in all aspects of wireless sales and service
* Providing positive reinforcement and training to promote the learning and growth of sales associates. You will recognize your top performers and coach your lower performers to improve
* Hiring and onboarding new employees by reviewing resumes, conducting in-person interviews, and completing new hires on boarding paperwork
Cellular World is looking for candidates with:
* 2+ years of previous retail or customer service management (Required)
* Proven leadership and employee management skills
* The ability to stand for long periods and work full time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods (Working at various locations may also be required)
* Tech-savvy skills and enjoys working with interactive technology devices
* Enjoys working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales
* Independence and is a self-motivated team player
* Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
* Reliable transportation
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to pass background
