A Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting a growing portfolio of construction projects in the custodial sector.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Tier 1 contractor experience (not maintenance) to work on complex, high-value schemes across the region.
Your new role
* Commercial management of design & build projects
* Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
* Financial reporting including CVRs, cost-to-complete, and cash flow forecasts
* Contract administration (JCT/NEC)
* Supporting project delivery across multiple sites
What you'll need to succeed
* Based within 1 hour of Bristol
* Tier 1 contractor experience essential
* Strong background in construction (not maintenance)
* Experience in custodial/public sector projects is highly desirable.
* Degree qualified and working towards or holding RICS/CIOB membership
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* DBS clearance required (can be arranged)
